Dedicated Practitioner Program

The DPP is a practice curriculum that includes meditation, study, reflection, investigation and the jewel of sangha. We meet once a month in Shenton Park. The course is designed to meet the needs of experienced practitioners wishing to deepen and broaden their understanding, embodiment and realisation of the dharma. A program which originated at Spirit Rock Insight Meditation Centre (California), and which is facilitated by Sally Clough and Eugene Cash in the U.S.

Sally has generously agreed to give us the files for study which are designed by various recognised teachers such as Jack Kornfield, Sylvia Boorstein and others. Our intention is to challenge, broaden and vitalise our understanding and embodiment of central Buddhist teachings through in-depth study, reflection and practice.

Topics include:

  • Four Noble Truths

  • Being guided by Buddhist cosmology and world view
